Michael Jones’ friends submit an application for him to the Disney College Program as a joke (“You’re real fucking funny guys, true comedic geniuses.”), but when he get an acceptance letter and new hire information they can’t help but dare him to accept the offer. Begrudgingly, he takes the dare.
Taking up residence at Vista Way, housing provided by Disney, he’s stuck with Ray Narvaez Jr. — a boy who only applied because his long distance girlfriend, Courtney, was applying — and Gavin Free — an international student who thought that they were going to be working at Disney Studios and not at the park.
He quickly becomes friends with Barbara Dunkleman — a Canadian firecracker who forced her best friend from the internet to apply with her — and Lindsay Tuggey — said friend.
Michael documents the semester he spends at the DCP online. Including everything: partying, relationships and disney trade secrets. He does this anonymously, of course, because as everyone knows, it’s a fireable offense to kill the magic.
